The University of Florida Office of Research (unit listing) is comprised of the Division of Sponsored Research, the Graduate School, and the UF Research Foundation, which includes the Office of Technology Licensing. The Office of Research manages half a billion dollars annually in public and private grants. The Graduate School serves more than 10,000 graduate students and awards more than 3,500 degrees annually. Royalty and licensing income exceeds $40 million annually and technologies developed at UF have led to the founding of dozens of companies.
