Sabine Neurotechnology, Inc.

Sabine Neurotechnology, Inc. is a development stage biomedical company focused on improving the speed, accuracy, safety, efficacy, and access-ibility of deep brain stimulation surgery for treatment of neurological diseases such as Parkinson's.

The company was formed around a suite of technologies invented by physicians Frank Bova, Michael Okun, and Kelly Foote of the University of Florida's McKnight Brain Institute.

Company President Ryan Kern, M.D. and CEO Doran Oster bring a wealth of experience in health care and technology company management.

To help move this array of technologies to the marketplace, the Office of Technology Licensing brought inventors from the UF Movement Disorders Center to the table with biomedical technology development firm Synogen, Inc. and Doran Oster, engineer and founder of the world famous Sabine, Inc. Sabine Neurotechnology resulted in 2004, and to date has received $200,000 from angel investors.
