DOE e-Center
If you are a current or former grantee of the Department of Energy, or if you plan to submit a proposal electronically to DOE in the future, you may wish to access DOE's E-Center, which utilizes the world wide web to facilitate business transactions and exchange of information between DOE and its client community.
Principal investigators can use the E-Center to submit proposals on behalf of the university. Since this system allows only the investigator to submit the proposal, it's extremely important you follow the DSR DOE Instructions to download the required forms and get the proper University signatures prior to submission of your proposal. You must submit your proposal under the university username or it will be rejected by the DOE.
