DSR Requirements

In order to review, approve and submit a Grants.gov application DSR requires the following:

  1. The Completed and final Grants.gov file

  2. Currently there are three (3) ways you can submit a completed and final Grants.gov application package to DSR:

    1. As an email attachment to ufproposals@research.ufl.edu, or
    2. As an attachment to the Peoplesoft Proposal Workflow system
    3. By sending a CD to Proposal Processing Room 207 Grinter Hall
  3. Other Required Documents

    1. The DSR-1 (Sponsored Project Approval Form) or Peoplesoft Equivalent signed by all appropriate unit officials.
    2. Disclosure of Conflict of Interest Form for PHS and NSF applications.
    3. Subcontractor's proposal, signed by the subcontractor's authorized official, if proposing a subcontract.
    4. Cost Sharing Documentation:

      For Mandatory: A copy of the Funding Agencies Guidelines and the written commitment from the individual authorized to commit the resources.

      For Voluntary: Dean's written approval.

    5. If indirect costs have been limited or prohibited, provide a copy of the Funding Agencies Guidelines.
    Note: Your department or college may have additional requirements.
